Product Colours
Although we make every effort to provide true and accurate colours for our products listed on our web site and as a result of individual computers and monitor settings, we cannot guarantee the colour(s) viewed on any one person’s monitor will be an exact match to the actual material colours delivered.

Product Sizes
All finished sizes for products advertised are based on information provided by the manufacturer of the item. Sizes may vary slightly depending on conditions during manufacturing, production, material content and washing.
Shrinking
100% Cotton Sheets and Quilt Covers may shrink as much as 4-5% in the first wash. The bed linen size allows for that, but it is important to follow the care instructions to avoid further shrinking.
It is important to follow the care instructions, hot machine wash and hot air drying may cause extreme shrinking. When following the care instructions, most of the contracting will happen on the first laundry cycle. But hot machine wash and hot air drying will cause repeated cotton shrinking and lead to an uncomfortable size change.
- In high end bed linens the shrinkage is as low as 1%
- In low quality bed linens the shrinkage is up to 8%.
- Cotton-polyester blends shrink less that pure cotton.
BedLinenOnline.com.au and its manufacturers are not responsible for shrinkage of material.
Placing Your Order
You can place your order using a secure shopping cart ordering system and pay online with your credit or debit card. We will send you the confirmation emails about your order and your payment and keep you informed throughout the order preparation and shipping.
Cancellations
Cancellations will not be accepted once the payment transaction is processed. Please call or e-mail customer service if you have any questions.
Receiving Your Order
When you receive your order make sure it is exactly what you ordered and that it fits properly before using or washing, if the item is incorrect please email sales@bedlinenonline.com.au ASAP. Please email us about any missing or incorrect items ASAP – the sooner you do it, the better our chance is to find out what went wrong and correct it!
We will only accept your claims within 30 days of the order delivery.
Case 1 – we sent your a wrong or damaged item
If you get an incorrect item (not what you ordered) or the item arrived damaged, please email us and return the goods in their original packing. We will refund the postage you paid to send the items back provided you send us a copy of the postage receipt. We will send you a replacement ASAP after receiving and checking the return.
Case 2 – you are not happy with the colour, design or size
It is not our policy to replace or refund the items if the colour is not what you like or you chose a wrong size or wrong design.
In some cases we agree to take the item back and refund your payment minus our postage fee and restocking fee of $30.00, but that decision is made on an individual basis – you will need to email us and explain your situation.
Warranties
All items are warranted for 30 days from date of receipt by customer.
Damages / Defects / Claims
Returnable items which are defective will be replaced or exchanged. The customer is responsible for the return of the defective item. A full refund will be issued for the item deemed defective if replacement is not possible. Items for exchange must be in original re-saleable condition and not to have been used or washed.
BedLinenOnline.com.au and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, mistreatment, damages due to washing and shredded or worn fabrics in areas of usage. Please e-mail us if you have any questions on which items are non returnable or have a restocking fee.
Refunds or credits are normally issued within 4 to 10 business days of receipt of return or after inspection of item if required. Upon receipt of any return customer may be charged an additional amount for re-shipping package back to customer if item returned has been used, damaged, washed or is a non-returnable item. If you received a damaged or incorrect item or have any questions, please email BedLinenOnline.com.au at sales@bedlinenonline.com.au.
How to return
All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt in original resaleable condition and not have been used, washed or damaged in any way unless defective. The customer is responsible for the return of product(s) to correct return address, and all returns must be issued a return authorization. Returns received that have been used or are without original packaging will not be accepted unless defective.
Please email sales@bedlinenonline.com.au prior to return for return authorization as returns received without proper authorization will not be accepted. Quilt cover sets not defective are non returnable if removed from the package they were shipped in.
