How  we use your information

  • We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
  • We use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
  • You can register with our website if you would like to receive our newsletter as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.
  • We may ask you for your feedback / testimonial after your order is completed. We will ask for your consent to use your feedback (make it visible on our site) and we never use your full name, only your first name and state. We may use your company name if you provide itand allow us to use it.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

How long we keep your details

  • If you create an account on Bed Linen Online website, we’ll keep your details as long as you are using your account. You will be able to sign into your account, edit your details and delete your account.
  • If you do not use your account for more than a year it will be deleted automatically and all your details will be erased.
  • If you did not create an account (purchased as a guest) the personal details in your order will be kept for 1 month and then erased.
