Shipping and Tracking


Most Items will ship within 5 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. In addition, please allow up to 4 business days from the day your order has been shipped for Australia Post regular parcel to be delivered within Australia. Overseas shipping can take 4 to 10 weeks for delivery once shipped depending on method of shipping.

We use Australia Registered Post for most of shippings. Registered Post requires a recipients signature, so your items cannot be left at the front door if you are not at home. Instead, the postman will leave a note for you with instructions on where to pick your item up from.

There are many Australia Post outlets around Australia so normally you do not have to go too far to pick your item if you missed the delivery!

Bulk items are sent with a courier service. Courier can leave your item at your property if you think it is safe (this is very important!). The options are: At the Front Door At the Back Door At the Side Gate In the Carport or you can specify another option If your item is being sent by courier, we’ll email you asking for your instructions.

Shipping Status

Australia Post provides tracking numbers for all parcel post. You may e-mail for status inquiries. Please provide the name of the person who placed order, the name of the person the item is shipping to, and a brief description of items ordered.
